Hi everyone...

My phone company is making the switch to 10-digit local dialing as of December 1st, however I have been completely unable to find where this gets programmed in my Mitel 3300 system.

Any help/pointers in the right location would be greatly appreciated :)

ARS Digits Dialled.

Currently you will have enties like: (but not necessarily exactly like:

2 with 6 digits to follow going Route X
3 with 6 digits to follow going Route X
4 with 6 digits to follow going Route X
.
.
.
etc

Maybe
NNX With 4 digits to follow going route X

If your local area code is 222 you would add:

222 with 7 digits to follow going route X

Yes it is a simple as that.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

That should be in the ARS Digit Dailing. Any reference to outside line access digit should be followed by a total of 10 digits as the access digit is normally stripped.

Thank you very much for your assistance :)
