Mitel 3300 SIP Trunk issue

Hi there

I have a Mitel 3300 ICP and I had set up SIP trunks between a couple of offices in separate sites.

I have now deleted all traces of these SIP trunks from the web end. But one is still active and will not remove itself from the system. Since this SIP link is no longer valid I am getting a critical alarm about this link being down. It looks like something somewhere has gone horribly wrong and this link won't delete.

I have restarted the controller as well in an effort to kick this offline in some way.

I am running version 9.0.0.41.

Any ideas or places where I can look to resolve this?

Do you get an error message when you try and remove the SIP trunk?

Is that one SIP-trunk still assigned to a ARS Route?
That can cause a problem on deleting it.

Hi there

I have deleted the SIP trunks already.
However when I go to the maintenance commands window and type in SIP LINK STATE ALL, I get it listed as Out of Service.

I can't view this link in my SIP peer profile at all.
