I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who creates screensavers for the new 5320 IP sets?

I currenlty know that InGenius software do have a application builder and this will create screen savers for the 5330 and 5340 set but not the 5320 sets?...

Or can I create and upload a image myself?...

The image can be uploaded.

You can use the HTML toolkit provided by Mitel.

I'm not aware of the 5320 being capable either way.

Cheers kwbmitel... i will contact my reseller to obtain the kit...

the 5320 IP does have the screen saver app but the application I have only creates it for the 5330 & 5340 phones... they have also put it on there website that the functionality to do it on there site is coming very soon...

Cheers

Because I feel particularily accomodating today.

This will support the following set types
5312 / 5324 / 5320 / 5330 / 5340 / 5360

I was able to figure out to use this a couple of years back with minimal knowledge.

The key element is to use the maintenance command after uploading the app. This command pushes the app to the phones.

kwbmitel... you the man!... Will let you know how I get on...

Its weird seeing how the mitel systems have change from when I was first trained... I think it was back when the ICP was version 6!!!... How times have changed

I was trained on rel 2. Believe me when I say rel 6 was as far removed from rel 2 as today's is from rel 6.

Try and imagine no range programming, no form export, and needing to refresh the form before adding 1 station, trunk or whatever. It was pure hell.

Well its good to know that there are peeps like yourself kwbmitel that can help out when others get stuck...

Thanks again... going to play with the HTML kit and create a screensaver... it all seems simple enought to me!...

Cheers

Would it be possible to repost a link with the html-kit?
I also have to create a screensaver for the Mitel 5360 IP for a client. I've contacted Mitel support and the reseller but have not received answer so far, the screensaver has to be made in a very short timeframe. Any help on obtaining the software is much appreciated.

Thx. I was able to download from the Mitel site.
Is this only for the 3300?
I was not able to connect to a 5000 HX 4.0 using the uploader.

Can't say. I only work with 3300's
