Mitel 3300 RAD Failure

I left a test message on the Global Voicemail directory number 500 which goes to all the phones and when I check it on one of my extensions the phone LCD displays "RAD Failure" and the messages signal continues to flash. This was after the voicemail was listened to and deleted on another extension.

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to fix this?

It sounds like you have your RAD ports still programmed in your voice mail hunt group.

I ended up getting the message indicator to go away by dialing 500 and there were no messages. Not too sure about the RAD ports but it's fine for now since I receive/listen to VM properly when it's directly to the VM mailbox extension.
