Hi guys,
We have just installed a secondary ISDN PRI line into our building, terminating on our 3300. While the ISDN line is from a different telco than our primary line, the settings are (in theory) exactly the same.
I have checked and confirmed via asterisk with a PRI card that the telco is only presenting 6 digits to us for the inbound DDI, however for some reason our 3300 is prefixing the inbound number with a "0", even though there is no form I can find where this would be the case. The original ISDN is also presenting 6 digits, and is working exactly as it should (i.e. nothing being prefixed). I have even tried setting it to absorb digits on the trunk settings, and it makes no difference.
So, does anyone know where this setting that is prefixing the "0" to the DDI might be hiding? I have been through all the setup forms and they are all identical in settings (with different descriptor ID's etc as required, but the descriptors are set identically).
Hope that makes sense!
