We currently have our front desk operators enabling\disabling night service via buttons assigned with the related feature access codes. There is a desire to be able to put an office's 3300 into night service from the outside. Is this possible without setting up DISA? Could system speed calls be setup to dial the feature access code?

Yes (without DISA)
Yes (Using Speedcall)
Yes - (Voicemail can dial it)

Thanks, kwbMitel. What if voicemail is by way of NuPoint?

Nupoint even more so

Set up a call flow with hidden menu items that would then dial the appropriate string of digits.

Make sure the VM ports are allowed Dialed Night Service in COS

Thanks again. I will give it a whirl.

Depending what you have you might also be able to use an EHDU to do it.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.
