Mitel 3300 Maint Command SIP TCPDump help?

[300Blackout]

I performed a SIP TCPDUMP in my 3300. I'm trying to recover the file. Says its located in the /Vmail as a PCAP. When I telnet with Filezilla I see /sysro. When I try /sysro/Vmail it says (Failed to retrieve directory listing) What am I missing. Any help appreciated

cd /vmail

In Filezilla you manually enter the path, it won't show.
