Good morning.
What I'm trying to do:
add 40+ extensions to a Mitel 3300 MXe II switch without having to add each extension one at a time.
What I've done already:
I exported the current User and Services Configuration to a CSV file to edit with Excel. I've also determined which extension numbers will be used.
What I need assistance with:
From searching Tek Tips I've learned that you have to delete "some" fields from the CSV file before importing it to the system. Which fields? Should I delete all the existing extension information from the CSV file and only include the new extensions before importing, or will that delete the existing extensions?
