Hi guys:

I´m experiencing a strange issue on OMM based DECT system connected to ICP3300.
The handsets seems to be working, but controller showns some of them as out of service.
The handsets out of service are not all times the same, and changes quite often.
This happens from one week ago, I think it has no relation but the customer replaces some handsets by Siemens C300 on same dates.

The environment:
ICP3300: 7.0.21.5
OMM: v2.6.2-build 15

Portable parts: 95
Fixed parts: 9 working (15 configured)

Any help would be apreciated!

We can not place neither receive calls on sets that are out of service

What is the connection to the 3300?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Handset connects to OMM deploy using DECT protocol and OMM is connected to 3300 via IP.

Not sure what OMM means but what I really meant is what protocol for the connection to the 3300 is it Mitai or SIP. My thinking is that there were a lot of bugs in SIP users back in release 7 software.

You can get a syslog from the OMM and add that here. Or if to large place on an FTP site or something.
