Today all Incoming calls (2) 800 numbers and local 310 calls ring directly to 1 5540 console via LDN keys. Customer is using Oaisys Call Recording system to record all IP sets phone calls. What they want is to add a recording/ greeting informing all incoming callers that states: Thank you for calling your call will be answered momentarily, please note your call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes”. Than transfer to the 5140 console all without any actions by the caller. Currently the voicemail system is only being used for voicemail purposes no Auto Attendants or Rads.
