Mitel 3300 Embedded VM - AA issue

I have a Mitel 3300 with Embedded voicemail. The users mailboxes are set up and working but when they dial the VM access number (5700) they get the company's AA and then have to press * and then their extension number.
All routing and cfwding profiles look fine. The HG is 5700 and all VM ports are programmed.
 
Are the associated extensions numbers programmed in all the user's mailboxes?
 
I don't think the ports have the correct COS or the Huntgroup is not set to voicemail

All mailboxes have the correct extension numbers.
The COS is correct on the VM and the hunt group is set to Voicemail
 
If you leave a message in a MB and then retrieve via the msg envelope key are you prompted for a PW then?
 
Turns out someone had directed the call rerouting on the VM ports to itself so it was going in a circle! Thanks for all the assistance.
