mitel 3300 default tw install pw

Hi all - inherited the management of a 3300 system with 30 phones and am trying to get teleworker to work. I have 5 phones where the teleworker works (so I know my external IP) and in adding the 6th (which has a line associated to it) I connect but am prompted for the tw install pw and I don't know what it is or where to find it. When I go to the icp console i get prompted for three options: desktop tool, group admin tool, system admin tool yet I do not know where to see the teleworker config. Please advise? thanks!

Teleworker installer password is configurable on the Teleworker server.

i have zero docs on the teleworker server. does it hang off of the ICP on another http port? or on another IP entirely? if so, any special URL to try to hit?

The teleworker server can be accessed directly thru a server console.

Without direct access you will need access thru the web page:

http://<ipaddress>/server-manager

The ipaddress should be the internal address. The external one can be used only if access has been granted (doubtful)

You will need to know the administrators access code to access the web page or the config page thru the direct console.

Without documentation, I feel your chances of success in this matter are only slightly more than zero.

Thanks for the help. I got lucky and guessed the admin password and saw the tw pw in there, and got in. Guess sometimes it's not skill it's luck. Thanks for the help and assistance. All the best!
