Mitel 3300 CX Prerequisite - Incoming call must disconnect if it sees an engaged operator

Hi all,
One of my customers while installing Mitel 3300 CX has asked us to disconnect the second incoming call to the operator(a 5360 IP phone).This is an ISDN PRI circuit and we have configured and assigned a welcome message to be heard on the main board number for an incoming call.Now if i make a second call to the same main board number and if the operatoris busy with another call then this call should get disconnected. I have tried by creating a dummy hunt grp and assigning this grp number in "Call rerouting always" "Call rerouting Day" and "Call rerouting night" forms but i still get a ring on the operator extension .

Is there any other form that needs changes?

Like Jpruder, I can think of ways to do this but cannot think of a way WHY I would want to do this.

Rather than help you defeat the purpose of the phone system, why don't you fill in some gaps for us.

As what you request goes against what I think any professional would do, I can't in good conscience provide a method. I think kwbMitel is likely on the same page. There may be a better way to address your situation and provide what we have learned to achieve a "proper" handling of your customer's incoming calls.
 
Thank you guys. I will try to convince the customer or rather educate him to accept this as a feature .
