Hi, I have a Mitel 3300 CX II Controller with Release 9.1.0.92 that is showing a License Violation error due to wrong date and time. The system has Wed Dec 31 19:11:41 CST 1969, and even if it is changed by the server manager, each time it is rebooted it returns to that date and time.
Has anyone had a similar problem and how did they solve it?
Thanks

Check in the server-manager interface under Configuration -> Date and Time and make sure the controller is able to reach the NTP server designated there. Default will be pool.ntp.org, so if the controller doesn't have access to the internet, or if NTP is blocked, the controller would fail to sync its clock. You may want to change it to a local source, like a core network device or domain controller.

Just an FYI, the time is controlled within the Ibutton i.e. system id You can set this manually via the above mentioned MSL page, that might be a stop gap if NTP is changing it.
