I have a customer with external Analogue trunks connected to a 3300 CXi, version 9.0 software. They are requesting caller line identity (CLI) on inbound calls to the 53xx series handsets. Is this possible? as no matter what I try it will not work. They definitely have the service enabled by the line provider and if you plug an alog handset directly into the line which supports CLI, it works fine. I've looked through some previous threads and people have suggested COS and circuit descriptor settings, but this doesn't seem to make a difference.

Anyone have any thoughts on this..

Many thanks

Yep we did the same thing recently
- must set class trunk to yes in the trunk circuit descriptor

It works but is not supported

When proceeding LM, the log says "dtmfString is NULL"
So I can't start the test.
