Hello,

When there is more than one call waiting in LDN in 3300, how can I program it to play RAD or MOH while the caller is waiting? and where in COS can I set the timer?

Thank you

you need to create a rad that is a member of a rad type hunt group
Then make the hunt group a first alternative option
Then assign the first alternative option to the LDN

the timer follows the forward no answer timer.

Thanks kwbMitel,It worked.

when the RAD's finished playing the RAD messages, the call went went silent but the console is still ring. Is there a way we can program it to play music when the RAD message finish playing while the call is still ringing at the LDN?

Thank you

It will play music if your system has a system music source defined.

Music is define and works but still no music when the RAD message finish playing.

More than 1 system?

Is the call coming from a remote system that may not have music defined?

I wouldn't know how to make it not work if I wanted to.

music is working now.

where can I adjust the timer for the call to ring longer when playing the music? Now, it hangs up after the timer is up.
Also, is it possible to program the call to go to AA instead it hangs up after the timer is up?

Thank you

What sort of timeframe are we talking about for the disconnect?

This would not be normal behaviour for a 3300

It rings few times and then RAD kicks in and then music for about approx. 3 min and then disconnect, is this normal behaviour for 3300?
