Hi,
We have a setup of 4 faxes in a hunt group.
The system speed call number goes to the hunt group.
The hunt group has 4 difference extension for all 4 faxes.
I have a call rerouting currently setup on the hunt group so all the faxes are automatically forwarded to an off-site system (800 number) where faxes are tnaslated to emails.
Sometimes, this system fails and we have to disable the call forward on the hunt group so the local faxes receive the calls.
This has to be done manually either by myself.
We want the client to be able to enable or disable the call forward by themselves without having to login to the mitell 3300 system.
I tried making a manual line cascade using the "call forward busy" on all fax lines but still, we can't enable or disable the "call forward always" from the analog line.
I also tried using a digital extension to forward to my first analog line so the client would be able to enable and disable the call forward from a SS4015 set but
it only works for the first two simultaneous calls, the third rings indefinitely.
Any suggestion?
Thanks!
