Mitel 3300 Assistance

Good Morning All

I'm hoping someone can assist me with a couple of things as I'm almost at wits end. Ill try and explain as best as possible.

1. Freeing up space within the System, cannot upload OH music or AA because I have -573 of 4000Kb available?
2. Where do I upload the Auto Attendant music file, Ive managed to find where I upload the on hold but I need to upload a .WAV file

Hey,

You could FTP to the controller and delete other MOH files that aren't being used (the directory should be /db/emoh)





Don't confuse DTMF with DTF. They have very different meanings....
