Hello everyone,

Working on a Mitel 3300 Rel 7. I am trying to see if I can get the time to sync with an NTP server, but I can not find any reference to it. Is this system capable of it?

Considering that this system integrates with so many other products that reside on servers getting their time sync this way, I would think that Mitel would make it available sooner or later!

Thanks

I don't think you can sync the 3300 controller directly with a NTP server however the 3300 and other models can be synced to Ops Manager. Ops manager get's it's time from the server it's running on. The server in turn can then get it's time from an NTP server....

Mitelpassion is right. The system can only sync time via OpsMan. Will it ever get NTP right on the box? Who knows, but I doubt it as that's a selling point of Opsman, so it certainly won't be high up on the list of DCR's.

Thanks a bunch! Does this mean that I tell OPSman to adjust the time on the 3300? Because I don't see anything in the 3300 programming.
