Mitel 3300 ACD Failing

Hi all, anyone seen any issues with ACD call routing failing? We have a system running 6.1.5.4 which will work fine but then all of a sudden callers will not get any RAD and they will just ring out until a agent answers? We did have another issue with the same system that wouldn't allow us to add devices despite there being more than enough licenses. This needed a reboot to resolve! Do we potentially have a db corruption, if so any tips on resolving? Cheers
 
Which system are you using. Check logs to see if you may be running out of resources
 
There was a load of software that when upgrading you had to not choose restore dimensions, use new dimensions or you run into all kinds of issues
 
Hi, Thanks for your thoughts. We decided to upgrade the platform to 7.1ur2 and see what happens. The upgrade wouldn't apply so we installed from scratch and then restored. So far so good but it has only been a week!
 
i'm guessing your rad ports are going into dnd. typically if this happens a reboot fixes or you can do a remote clear of the dnd feature on the ports.

use the command loc feat ext (rad port number) and see if this is your problem.

this is a known issue however some good programming will lessen or even eliminate your dnd scenario - off course if dnd is your problem in the first case..
