Mitel 3300 4.2 and EDHU working incorrectly.

Mitel 3300 4.2 and EDHU working incorrectly. (Active Load 10.2.0.26_2)
Trunk is a PRI

Created a PRG for 238 with members 238 and 2*38 (EDHU)
Enable twin to cell.
Call 238
IP phone 5312 rings once then stops.
EDHU cell phone starts to ring can be answered.

If I enable answer confirmation in COS then the calls ring on both phones properly. Customer does not want answer confirmation.

Any idea what setting I a missing to get it working line cell twinning instead of cell forwarding?

Nope. PRI.

I've only seen it once on a PRI and it was a signalling issue with the provider. (SHAW, Canada)

Well my customer is on Shaw. Were they able to fix the issue?

I asked someone that was more involved.

The PRI was being delivered to site on a SIP backbone and the media converter on site was the source of the issue. After a hardware replacement of the media converter, the issue was resolved. Shaw was aware of the problem (potential) and took action as soon as they were asked.
