The missed calls shown in the phone logs are from a log that is maintained by the phone itself, not by the IP Office.
Similarly the missed calls record shown by Phone Manager is one maintained by the application.
As intrigrant says, the call logging output (SMDR/CDR) from the IP Office only cares about outgoing external calls and incoming calls that get answered.
... and no I can correct myself. SMDR does include unanswered (missed) calls. With Delta Server look at the SMDR events. The second value is the connected time for the call, which will be zero for missed calls.
get delta server to log to a csv and you can see it all in there, once you have found what delta server is using to describe missed calls you can possibly apply it to your reports.
Thanks for your help guys, I talked with Call Accounting Tech support and they will create a special confiuration for Missed Calls from Avaya IP Office.
