missed call or received call coming up unavailable

Hi all,

Have a bit or a weird one where you call a pilot number that goes to the softconsole it doesnt get answered so it overflows to the 4624 on the desk next to it. It displays then name at this point so you can answer the call in the company name. If you miss this call or check this call in the received call list it displays as unavailable.

Weird!!!

It did work before and has only started happening since we had to do a re-install of the system where the S8300/G700 crashed.

Does anyone know if there is a feature missing or something I need to turn on.

All help much appreciated

explain the routing in detail for us.....

what is the pilot number..is it a hunt group? or X port etc....
 
e.g.

call comes into 5000 which is labelled Company A and is a X port. It has a time of day cover path that goes to reception during the day and voicemail out of hours.

During the day 5000 rings on the console with the name Company A it then overflows to the 4624 next to recpetion as the console didnt answer it. It still reads Company A on the 4624. The call can then be missed or be answered but it comes up in the call log as unavailable.

it used to read Company A before the system crash.
