I have a tech on site and he is getting this on a MICS w/7.0 Software.

--> CONFIGURATION FAILURE, WARM RESET...

The tech hits reset, and flashes and only gets 221 to come back up and nothing else.

What are we doing wrong? Thank you for the Help Brent

I would try with the main cabinet only no cards plugged in 0 X 32 and do a reset with the bear minimum.

He was just installing it and it came up with the warm reset...I've never seen that before.

I will also tell him to take the cards out like you said and try to boot up that way. Thank you Brent

He could always do a startup, loose all programming, but since it is an install?

ok, he took all the cards out and WALA! It worked...Thank you!!

Thank goodness it was a fresh install..No programming has been started yet.

You have not found the source of the problem yet, maybe the cards in the wrong slots?

Means that you did not put in the cards or modules as exactly as was before.
i.e installed 2 port instead of 6 or removed one or more modules etc

That is why it is best to do STARTUP's in your lab before stocking them.
