I don't believe it's an upgrade, just a secondary release, or maintanance release..

there is a subsequent release to MR
it is MR wi6.10

if you order from nortel/nortel distributer now, you'll get the latest software only

FYI : anyone doing a 6.1 upgrade with an Cinphony II ACD
will need to make sure that your ACD software build is at 3.60.0027

fletcherp is that an upgrade to 6.1 from lower or is that if you go from 6.1 to the 6.1MR?

Your MICS software should be: MICS (XC if using) 6.1 MR FC

Cinphony 3.60.0027 is the build of software that works with 6.1 MICS.

No....(per Cintech) Cintech requires 3.60.0027 for 6.1 MICS.
