Can the upgrade tool be used for more than one upgrade. I assume not knowing Nortel.

They can be, but you may lose things like PRI keycodes. If I remember correctly the SYS ID changes in the KSU as well.

i have ... never had an issue.. we pretty much got one for each upgrade...just make sure you do 2 backups just in case

The upgrade software can. You may find that the NAM will possibly require a KEY one time and not the other. Forklift the drive it's easier.

Upgrade tools can be reused. No issues.

I wouldn't do a forklift on HD's.

The software on a NAM upgrade can be reused but you will require an upgrade keycode

The key code for the NAM should be on the floppy boot disk. You very well may lose keycodes on the NAM if you've increased channels before, I've seen it happen.
