how do I connect a Mics to a mics at the same site?

Set up a point to point pri. You need two pri cards, two key codes, and two mics with 4.1 or better. Set up a routing table with different ext ranges.

why do you want to connect 2 MICS on the same site?

the customer owns the mics and it is fully loaded c/w 2 pri's and 2 (6 port exp)
they want more sets than a bcm 400 allows

do i need a crossover cable between the 2 mics or a straight patch cable?

I would assume a t-1 crossover. Terminate 1 side 568b, and on the other swap 1-2pr with 4-5pr.

You Can do this as a point-to-point T1 so you shouldn't need the PRI enablers.
