I have a client that has had a PRI or meglink for 6 years. For some reason the caller ID is displaying only their number on the outbound side. At some point it showed name. The Telco says they have no issue all features are turned on. I have been asked to go in. I have a few MICs systems out there with PRI. I do not recall that we send name out on Pri line. I know on BCM we can put in name not aware on MICS. Is there anything you guys can recommend ???

OLI# - Just deals with displaying what shows on outside number dialing hence (OUTGOING LINE IDENTIFICATION)
I would personally use Telco to handle displaying the name you want to display.
