Hey all,

What is the easiest what is the easiest why for a tech to quickly find out a MICS system version from a set?

eg. maintenance-system version-

'output' (SP: 30NdG04 NAT)

If that is the info we are looking for then where do we look for quick reference to system version?

Thanks

haycomm,

You can look on the software card that is located in the MICS it should say thier..or print off a matrix and have the tech carry it around ..MICS 4.1 WI4.04

Thanks,

My goal was to have the tech easily check version without having to access the locked equipment closet.

That answers my question.

thanks

There will be three button indicators active(lit). Normally
two will be the 4th buttons from the bottom and the third will be
the 5th button from the bottom on the right hand side. These buttons
are labled in the following manner:

Heading > Show
Back < > Next

There are also three buttons under the display. These buttons will change in
value depending on the operation that is being carried out.

<Terminals&Sets> Press the back button 3 times (until Maintenanceis displayed)
<Maintenance> Press the show button (System Version is displayed)
<System Version:_> Write down the SP number
Release the call

look up the SP number In the FAQ section.
