MICS PRI ONLY SHOWING NUMBER

Hi, if any one help me out i have one pri installed on nortel MICS switch software version is 7.0 my problem is when my customer receive a call they only can see callers number but they like to see the name is there a way to fix this every thing is set up on the ksu as required thanks

you can change what info pops up first-- NAME,NUMBER OR LINE.
Its in TERMINALS & SETS> TELCO FEATURES> 1ST DISPLAY> Change to NAME.

Did you order name and number from telco?

in telco feature info is set to name first

Thanks DTee telco is saying they are sending both name and number info on pri

i believe you can only have name or number only programmed.
