Help needed - hoping someone has seen this (and resolved it):
We have a IAD 2431 handling 2 bonded t1 circuits for voice and data. Voice is PRI going to a MICS from the T1/E1 1/1 smart jack.
Here's the issue: We have had this configuration working perfectly fine for 90+ days with no issues. As of Friday afternoon, the pri went down, but data was up. Cycled power on the IAD and our MICS then pri was back up, but only for outgoing calls - incoming calls were not ringing through. Data (internet) is fine.
The service provider (Broadwing) swears that it's the IAD, but no changes have been made to cause this.
Now, if the ethernet cable connecting the IAD interface to the MICS DTI is unplugged and plugged back in, we can make and receive fine for about 30 minutes, then it's out again.
Our MICS programming checks out fine and it's mostly just a problem receiving calls!
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I need to get us back up and running somehow by Monday morning and nobody seems to be able to find the problem/answer!
Thanks
