MICS no auto attendant

Hopefully someone here doesn't mind helping me... I have an MICS R1T1 system. Currently when you call in to our main number our auto attendant answers, the person types in an extension to get where he wants to go. We would like to change this so that during the work day (8:00AM - 5:00PM) when someone calls in it goes straight to an operators desk. If that person is on the other line or busy then it would go to the next persons desk that we specify, then to the next person, ect. Is this possible?
 
There is a setting under each set called Call Forward No Answer, I would presume yours is already set to your Voice Mails DN so that calls drop into your mailbox.
So there is not much you can do.

Hunt Groups will solve your issue but only on the latest software's, you are still at the first release.....think about upgrading to gain features.

Boo :( thanks for the reply.. So there is no way with our current software to have it so that when someone calls in to our office it rings at someones desk instead of the auto attendant? And if that person is already on the phone it goes to someone else?
 
That the same question as in your first post.
Unless you want to get into DRT with Voice Mail to free up CFNA.

No way to do it without hunt groups. Version 4.1 or higher.
