Hopefully someone here doesn't mind helping me... I have an MICS R1T1 system. Currently when you call in to our main number our auto attendant answers, the person types in an extension to get where he wants to go. We would like to change this so that during the work day (8:00AM - 5:00PM) when someone calls in it goes straight to an operators desk. If that person is on the other line or busy then it would go to the next persons desk that we specify, then to the next person, ect. Is this possible?
