MICS with rev 6.0. Intercom to intercom sometimes do not go through. Other times 2-3 minutes into a station to station call, call will drop. Happens randomly whether from main cabinet to expansion or main to main or expansion to expansion. incoming and outgoing calls - no problem.

Either do a STARTUP and re-program from scratch in hopes it will clear bugs/corruption or replace the cabinet are my guess's.

Before I go that drastic, a couple of local techs suggested it may be the power supply voltage fluctuating. Would that affect just internal calls and not external?

Anything can happen but that would be rare on a MICS.
Its worth a shot, just one screw to take it out from a spare MICS.
