MICS 7.1 Software Upgrade Questions

Is there any advantage to upgrading to MICS 7.1 (if that is the latest release)? If so, what are the benefits? Where can I get the software?

read the 'Second call doesn't ring the prime set, WTF" thread going on right now. I'm having trouble with 7.1. It's possible that my specific problem started with changes made somewhere between 4.1 and 7.1.

The biggest change is it unlocks expansion ports 13 & 14 for use of station modules when using XC software. It also has the amended DST schedule.
