MICS 7.0 SMDR?

How do I get SMDR reports from an MICS runnign 7.0? is this possible and is there any other equipment needed?

you'll need the smdr to interface the norstar to a PC
the pc needs to have some capturing/reporting software

what type of interface? is it a norstar interface or a third party interface? Do I connect it to a station port or is there a serial port on the norstar cabinet that I use?

it is a Norstar SMDR device. It interfaces via a station port (either dedicated or shared with a phone)
