MICS 6.1 with 3 T1s

I have an MICS 6.1 and it has currently 2 T1s (1 PRI and 1 T1) in slots 3 and 4 of the main cabinet. I also have a 6 port combo card in slot 2. I have 2 16 port STN modules and 1 8 port ASM module and 1 12 port TM module. I am trying to install another T1 card in slot 1 of the TM but the system never sees it. I can program it but the the card is not recognized. I have put a CO card there with no problem to verify the TM is good and the fiber is good. When I change the card to a T1 the system just does not recognize it.
Any thoughts?
I do get a 61-08-2 alarm which is wrong card but I swapped T1 cards with a known good one but still no go.

Get a qualified tech in the phone room to do the proper set up.

Thanks but I installed the entire system which has been running without an error except this one. I am just looking for anyone who may have had a similar issue and found a resolution.

That is not the right card, you need a NT7B74AAAA T1 card to work in the expansion Mod.
