Does the 6.1 software still limit conference calls to 3 callers?

I read some threads about doing things with lines and so forth but I don't think my customer will like that, He is also looking at an NEC system, he was told it will do 16.

I doubt that he would be able to hear everyone with 16 people on the line. You might point out that to support a conference call that big you would need to have alot of trunks. Thats what conference bridges are for, sell him one of those and tell him to go with the Norstar.

there is a confrence bridge out that can be put on norstar, the CONFER bridges. Confer II ran about 2500 plus a norstar adapter about another 1k. 8-64 lines on it. I thought it was interesting.
