Any one ever heard of a three line 6 station system ringing on all phones and all lines stops ringing when two calls come in at once and the first one is answered? If you call any of the three lines they ring on all 6 phones. Only when two lines are ringing in and one is answered the second does not continue to ring on any set. I reprogramed each line and three of the sets but still does the same thing. If you call each line individualy all 6 sets ring on all three lines. This hapens on all combinations of lines...1-2, 2-3, and 1-3. The system also has Norstar Flash VM but the problem is before it hits the VM. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Take the lines off the system and test with a butt set or a couple single line phones, this sounds like it could be a telco issue coming off of a remote service shelf. If you cannot duplicate the issue ahead of the phone system then I would suspect a bad line card.

With my butt set ahead of the system the ring current was still there the whole time. That is what I thought but being one of the dimmer bulbs on the tree, I thought I would run it by the pros. THANKS!
