Hi All,

I'm a noob with PBX admin but usually i can get by with RTFM.
I am setting up 4 Hunt groups for different dept. for one of our clients,
The System is an MICS 5.0 with Call Pilot 150. I successfully setup the 4 hunt groups, I setup a Sequential distribution mode, a Hunt Delay of 3, Line busy set to Queue, Queue timeout of 120 secs, setup the overflow to ext. 242.
When i dial the Hunt Groups DN manually to test it after 3 rings it rolls over to the 2nd DN in the group but when it gets to the 3rd ring on the 2nd DN it does not roll over to the next DN in the Hunt group, it goes to the Call Pilot, not to the voicemail or the auto-attendant but to the default default Call Pilot voice.
I appreciate any help on this problem.
Also how can i change the default voice on callpilot 150 from the British English to the Canadian/American English.

Thanks.

check primeset and DRT prime timer

Use Language Utility to delete/add languages - its on the CD

Check for Call Forward - no answer under Capabilities for the 2nd DN and turn off or make the call forward rings higher than 3.

You can change languages by networking the Call Pilot and use the language utility on the Call Pilot CD.

Remember if any set has that line ringing on it then it will follow the Call Forward of that set.

Thanks i got it to work by changing the Transfer Callback to 12 and reducing the hunt groups to 4 DNs, but now i cant access voicemail admin using F983 at the phone set, it just sits there until it times out. Each phone in the office when accessing vmail says ATDT: (none) and just before it times out it displays EurSpa, but all users can still access their vmail. I setup the CCR tree using the web admin from the Call Pilot 150 and this seems to have happend just after that, is there any issues between MICS 5 and Call Pilot 150 if using the web interface to program the call pilot.

thats strange ...
do an xftest and see what codes are active

Reverting the primary language back to English UK rectified the problem with accessing vmail using F983 and now all sets do not display ATDT: (none) but what would be the reason why it is not working properly when i use the English US language? TIA

Sounds like a bad Language conversion went bad.

When you do the conversion also go into the Broswers settings and tell CP what language to use.

HI We have Call Pilot 150 and MICS 7.0 version.
Lately about a month ago. We found out that voicemail that suppose to go hunt group mail box. Sometimes, Randomly maybe 1 out of 7 it goes to one of user's mail box instead huntgroup mail box. It happen randomly.
If anybody had this problem and fix it. Please let me know,
I would be very appreciate it.

Thanks

Thank you for a good suggestion.
Huntgroup set as 45 second and each has set as 6 rings
DO you suggest each user change 10 12 ring then go to their voicemail?

Thanks

Jason
