Domain Name VOICEMAIL
What is the problem?
Thank you

There is an MWI field in the OneBox that needs to be changed from 3600 to 240.

Open the Integrations Options dialog. You should see “MWI Subscription period in secs” field whose value is set to 3600. Change that value to 240 and save it. Check the dialog box again and save it again. This step will ensure that the configured value is now saved into the integration data. Restart MX-ONE Messaging, i.e. OneBox.

Sorry, this value can only be changed if you have OneBox 4.2 (AVST 7.92, build 235), so this is not your way to solve it.

///doktor

I can that you have 2 voice mail system connected to your MD110 TSW.
The OneBox will not sedn out MWI signals (MEW button light up).
If you go to any user connected to the OneBox there is in the Administration program under Subscriber / Presentation or Features. Here you have the posibility to test the messaging lamp. Have a try...

///doktor

You can try this GESPI:

GESPI:CSP=1,TRAF=0100151515,SERV=2010700000300,CDIV=11300000,ROC=000001,NPRES=0010;

Also check if the program MWP exists in all the LIMs.
CNPIP:UNIT=MWP;

Maybe you can restart this program unit:
RFPUI:UNIT=MWP,LIM=1&2&3;

Hello
i have test the modified of gespi and i have restart all the programm unit.
I have try to test the message waiting lamp trought the features on the messaging server , but the lamp is always off
Whit icupi i have error in ifcind 2 .
INFORMATION SYSTEM UPDATING NOT SUCCESSFUL
IFCIND CHANNEL ERROR DETECTED
IFCIND

END

It's normal when the connection it's ip ?
thank you

Hello
In the server messaging 4.2 , in the server properties ther is a red voice:
Client Messaging License 0/-1
Is this the problem

To get the non-working ICUPI - to work again, do this:

Find all LIMs where the programs DIM and DIR and MWP are placed.
CNPIP:UNIT=DIM&DIR&MWP;

Restart the units:
RFPUI:UNIT=DIM,LIM=;
RFPUI:UNIT=DIR,LIM=;
RFPUI:UNIT=MWP,LIM=;

Remember to restart all units in all LIMs.

Then check your Proxy settings in the OneBox:

Please write all settings from the OneBox concerning these setting (IP adresses must match, and ports should also be like 5080 and 5080)
If you just upgraded from 4.1 then the last field that used to be an IP address, should now be a port numbr.

///doktor

In the integration options i setting:
required parameters:
SID :02
sip proxy server address 172.28.18.6
sip proxy server port :5060
local ip addres to bind on: 172.28.18.6
sip local connection port : 5080
-------------------------------
proxy setting :
gatekeeper address :172.28.18.5
Domain Name: VOICEMAIL

I have not configure other setting.
After the restart of the unit mwp ,dim and dir, the icupi not function again.

You need to set the SIP parser qualifier string in the integration options i setting: Required parameters.
This field should set to: 172.28.18.6.

Then it should be OK.

Has it been working before?

///doktor
