Message Manager Installation

I have tried intsalling the Avaya Message Manager and it is done perfectly. However whenever i try to log into the system by putting the Audix Server ID, Extension, Audio and PAssword,, it gives an error saying :INVALID ARGUMENT:

As per manual it says network communcation problem.
Can you let me know what exactly could be the problem

Did you set IMAPI Access to Y on the second page of the mailbox in Intuity. I over looked that when setting mine up for the first time.

i would start by trying to ping your voicemail server, just to make sure you can even get to it.
