Message forwarding shutting off after new message

Hi All,

I have a brand new install of 450 with 6.0, customer is using message forwarding on all 90 voicemails, have a couple of voicemails that when a message is left it will deactivate message forwarding every time. Tried deleting and rebuilding, still same issue.

any ideas?

What is message forwarding? Message notification, unified messaging.

I would bet they are using wireless keyboards with e-mail notification turned on. When the message hits the keyboard picks it up and the message is considered "read". Therefore deleting from the CP notification.
