Meeting Request problem

I have three users being invited to a meeting using the Meeting Request option. Two users using Outlook 2000, one user using Outlook 97.
The 2000 users meeting time is scheduled as correct, the 97 user is asked to be there an hour earlier.
What is different between 97 and 2000 that would cause this? If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

Check the regional settings of each computer, you will probably find one is in the wrong time zone.

Check the time zone settings on the user's calendar within Outlook. Go to Tools, Options, Calendar tab, check the Time Zone button and choose the correct Time Zone.
