This is an indication of a software error and is either a faulty patch or a missing patch.

Sad fact is that even a system which is performing well will have lost signals in the history log so unless you are having a problem you should ignore these.

Are you seeing problems? What is the service pack level of your system? Post a PCLOP of unit ELP6.

No, I'm not seeing problems. But I'm seeing this problem only in 2 of 23 lims. And I don't like errors.

As this seems to be a BC9 system which has not been upgraded for over 10 years, you should get used to accepting errors in the software[smile]. A good strategy is to use lost signals as a clue to the cause of actual problems not to try and track down lost signals just because they are there.

Thank you, himdp.

You're right, it is a old BC9 system.

I'm trying to remove some lims and I don't want see error [smile]. I guess they are older.

Now I only need remove (unconfigure) a alu1 or alu2 board. And maybe move some common units program.
