Has anyone installed an MCK 1000 extender to a Norstar? I'm looking for requirements (other than an MCK at both ends) and compatability with older Norstar systems with Startalk Mini. Thanks in advance!

I work with the MCK 6000's. Normally we're using at least a MICS 4.0 but I was told it works with the 824/616. I don't think the signal is any different.

Thanks 1Weasel. It appears to be fairly expensive. It may be better if the customer puts the money toward an upgrade allowing other features to solve the problem.

Yes the MCK 1000's run just about that $1,000/per side.
Not a cheap solution, but useful in the right instances.
