Hello everyone,
Does override work when an extension is busy only?
Is there anything else similar to override?
For example can I override a call when they have a 2nd line ringing?

Conditions and Feature Interactions

•You cannot Override:


##a station on Hold


##a station with a call on ConsultationHold


##a station in a Conference Call involvedin an inter-switch call (that is, if one member is on a differentswitch)


##a station in an off-hook dialingsituation or receiving a tone


##a call in which Privacy is activated


##a call in which a member has BusyOverride Security


##a busy Hunt group


##a busy multicall group


##some trunks (depending on the COS)


##XNET trunks.


•A switchhook flash at a stationwhich is being overridden is ignored.


•If you are using paging equipmentwhen someone makes a connection with Override, you will be disconnectedfrom the equipment.


•The party performing the overridecannot manipulate the existing connection in any manner.


•On attendant consoles, the externalparty indicated in the Source (SRC) area does not hear the overridewarning tone.

My question goes back to the goal.
What are you trying to achieve?
Give us a call scenario.

Well what we are trying to do is to override one existing call which has 2 lines set as Multi call.
I feel like override works only when a line is busy but if it has a 2nd line it will never go because simply it wont go busy.

Something must be changed to make it happen.

Sadly I do know the answer and the client doesn't like it.
I just wanted to know if there is something similar to override that works with 2 lines on 1 phone,but seems like what they are asking is not possible.
