MCD 3300 CX ii 5.0 Phone forward question

I have run accross an issue with a customer that want to be able to forward second ext on his 5330 phone that is not prime.... if that make sense?

So the main prime ext to the phone is 230(DID) and his other second ext on the same phone is 235(DID) ... is there a way for him to be able to forward that second ext on his phone? Im new to this dang mitel and this customer drives me crazy

Yes,

You need to allow COS options for Third Party Call Forwarding accept/set

Then you can dial the third party call forward code+235+Destination

To cancel is to dial cancel code+DN
