I have a TELEWORKER that is connected to a Central MXE 3300 (PBX), the PBX out to the PSTN by a SIP TRUNK. Logean remote phones to TELEWORKER and connect to the PBX and can be called between local and remote attachments, can call local phone standard. The problem is when outside remote phone call (PSTN) by the SIP TRUNK, audio is heard only in one direction (Destination hear audio sender but the remitento not listen to destination).
Please if I can support to solve this problem.

Check SIP Alog is turned off in your remote gateway and your local gateway/firewall. This problem is usually caused by ports not being open or SIP Alog interfering.

Check the router and firewall all ports are open, another option to review the problem of ONE WAY when I have my central Miitel connected to sip trunk (all local phones come normala to PSTN) and I have my Teleworker has the problem of ONE WAY.
