Hi all..
My current computer running mas 90 is an old winnt 4 box due to faillure any moment now
I purchased a new pc with windows 2000 installed mas 90 onto it and now my question...
How do i take my current mas 90 and somehow take the database files and make the new mas just like the old one...
I can't figure out what folders i need to copy over...
and apparently mas 90 doesn't have a "backup" feature
In the past when the computer had crashed i was able to restore most of the database files from a backup... but it was just a "raw backup of all the files in the mas 90 directory...
and when i installed those files into the new mas 90 folder the databse was there but alot of the setting (like for the printers etc.) was gone and it took us some time to get those to get tuned out right again...
So this time i want to do it right but the manual nor the program itself seem to give you much help...
Anyway some of the specs are
Laptop running windows 2000 with mas 90 "server setup"
and other computers connect to the laptop over a network...
Any help or a push into the right direction would be appreciated,
Thank you.
