MAS 3.0sp1 to MAS 4.0 upgrade Dial by name N/W

So the dial by name "works" but there is no intructions when you press "#" it's just silence, you can spell the name and it will call them but the system doesn't give you any prompts after you press #

I've tried stopping and staring nupoint...

Anyone had similar issues?

KWB, thanks for the reply, i changed the setting from AUTO to English US but it still doesn't work, i stopped and started NP but still nothing...same result.


I'll call mitel on Monday and see what they have to say.

This is a known issue and has been corrected. Please call into Product Support for additional assistance.

Just an update, i did as KWB suggested and tested it and it still didn't work, however the next day when i tested it again i was working fine....my only assumtion is it perhaps took a little time to "update"
